The Bones Coffee Company 10th Birthday Golden Label Giveaway (the “Promotion”) is open only to natural persons who are legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, excluding Rhode Island (the “Territory”), are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry, are physically located in the Territory at the time of entry, and have a valid email address.

Bones Brands, LLC, a Florida limited liability company d/b/a BONES COFFEE COMPANY (“Sponsor”), and its parents, subsidiaries, affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies, fulfillment providers, suppliers involved in the administration of the Promotion, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees and agents (collectively, the “Promotion Parties”), and the immediate family members and persons living in the same household of each, are not eligible to enter or win.

The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and is void where prohibited by law.

By participating in the Promotion each entrant (“You” or “Entrant”) agrees to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Official Rules, represents and warrants that the Entrant satisfies all eligibility requirements, and agrees that the decisions of Sponsor concerning the administration of the Promotion are final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion, subject to applicable law.

The Promotion begins at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time on September 16, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on September 25, 2026 (the “Promotion Period”). All Entries must be received during the Promotion Period. Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device for the Promotion.

There are two methods of entry. Each eligible Entry, regardless of method of entry, will have equal weight and will be included in the applicable winner-selection pool on the same basis. No Entrant is required to make a purchase, submit payment, or provide proof of purchase to enter or win.

(a) Automatic Entry With Eligible Purchase. During the Promotion Period, an eligible person who places an order through www.bonescoffee.com containing at least two (2) coffee products of any kind, including bagged coffee, sample packs, ready-to-drink beverages and Bones Cups (an “Eligible Purchase”), will automatically receive one (1) Entry for the day on which the Eligible Purchase is made, subject to the Entry Limit below. Additional Eligible Purchases made by the same Entrant on the same day will not result in additional Entries. The complimentary Bones Labs product that Sponsor may include with an Eligible Purchase is a separate promotional item and does not itself affect the odds of winning.

(b) Free Alternate Method of Entry (“AMOE”). To enter without making a purchase, during the Promotion Period visit www.bonescoffee.com/pages/freecoffee and follow the instructions to submit the requested information. Each complete and valid AMOE submission constitutes one (1) Entry, subject to the Entry Limit below. An Entrant may receive no more than one (1) Entry through the AMOE on any day of the Promotion Period. Each AMOE Entry will have the same weight and the same opportunity to win as an Entry obtained through an Eligible Purchase. No consent to receive marketing or promotional communications is required to enter. No purchase or payment is required to enter or receive a prize.

(c) Entry Limit. Limit one (1) Entry per person during each day of the Promotion Period, regardless of the number of Eligible Purchases made, AMOE submissions attempted, email addresses or accounts used, or method of entry (the “Entry Limit”). An Entrant may obtain the Entrant's daily Entry through an Eligible Purchase or through the AMOE, but not both. If an Entrant attempts to enter through both methods on the same day, only the first valid Entry received by Sponsor will be counted and any subsequent Entry attempted or generated that day will be disregarded. Any attempt to obtain Entries in excess of the Entry Limit, including through multiple identities, email addresses, accounts, automated means, or other circumvention, may result in disqualification. A person who makes an Eligible Purchase may opt out of the automatic Entry by contacting Sponsor at Support@bonescoffee.com.

(d) Daily Entry Pool. Each Entry will be assigned to the daily drawing corresponding to the day during the Promotion Period on which the Entry is received by Sponsor. All Entries obtained through Eligible Purchases and all Entries submitted through the AMOE on the same day will be combined into the same daily winner-selection pool and will have equal weight. Entries received on one day will not carry forward into a subsequent daily drawing.

(e) Determination of Winners. One (1) Golden Label Prize winner will be selected at random from among all eligible Entries received during each of the ten (10) days of the Promotion Period. Each daily drawing will be conducted after the close of the applicable day. Limit one (1) Golden Label Prize per person and per household during the Promotion Period. Once an Entrant has been confirmed as a Golden Label Prize winner, that Entrant will not be eligible to win another Golden Label Prize but will remain eligible for the Grand Prize drawing. If an Entry associated with an Entrant who has already been confirmed as a Golden Label Prize winner is selected in a subsequent daily drawing, that Entry will be disregarded and Sponsor will select another Entry at random from the remaining eligible Entries for that daily drawing. After the conclusion of the Promotion Period and confirmation of all ten (10) Golden Label Prize winners, one (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected at random from among the ten (10) confirmed Golden Label Prize winners.

Sponsor will award ten (10) Golden Label Prizes and one (1) Grand Prize. The Grand Prize will be awarded to one of the ten confirmed Golden Label Prize winners and is in addition to that winner's Golden Label Prize.

Golden Label Prizes (Ten (10) Winners). Each Golden Label Prize consists of:

• “10 bags,” defined solely for purposes of this Promotion as ten (10) 12 oz. bags of Bones Coffee, ten (10) 12 ct. boxes of Bones Cups, or any combination of the two constituting a total of ten (10) bags and boxes — ARV $180
• One (1) Bones Coffee tumbler or mug selected by Sponsor — ARV $42
• One (1) Bones Coffee hat — ARV $30

ARV of each Golden Label Prize: $252. Aggregate ARV of all ten (10) Golden Label Prizes: $2,520.

Grand Prize (One (1) Winner). One of the 10 confirmed Golden Label Prize winners will also receive the Grand Prize that consists of:

• One (1) Bones Coffee gift card with a face value of $1,800, promoted as “100 Bags of Coffee.” The $1,800 value is calculated using one hundred (100) bags of Bones Coffee and/or Bones Cups at a promotional valuation of $18 per unit. The Grand Prize component is a fixed-value gift card and does not guarantee that the gift card will purchase one hundred (100) units if retail prices change.
• One (1) Orange Moccamaster Coffee Maker — ARV $450
• One (1) exclusive Bones art collage poster — ARV $50
• One (1) “Murder Hornet” mug — ARV $42

Incremental ARV of Grand Prize: not more than $2,342. Maximum aggregate ARV of all prizes offered in the Promotion: $4,862.

The terms “10 bags of coffee” and “100 bags of coffee” are promotional descriptions of the fixed quantities and/or values expressly stated above and do not create any entitlement beyond the quantities stated. Actual retail value may vary. In no event will the total announced value of all prizes offered in the Promotion equal or exceed $5,000. Sponsor may substitute a prize or component with one of equal or greater value only if doing so will not cause the total announced value of all prizes offered in the Promotion to equal or exceed $5,000. No cash substitution is permitted except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Prizes are nontransferable except as Sponsor may permit in writing. All prize-related expenses not expressly included above, and all federal, state and local taxes, are the sole responsibility of the applicable winner. Sponsor may require a winner to complete an IRS Form W-9 and any other documentation reasonably necessary for tax reporting or prize fulfillment.

The odds of being selected as a Golden Label Prize winner depend on the total number of eligible Entries received through both methods of entry. Conditioned upon there being ten confirmed Golden Label Prize winners, each confirmed Golden Label Prize winner has a one (1) in ten (10) chance of being selected as the Grand Prize winner. A purchase does not increase the odds of winning because purchase and no-purchase Entries are subject to the same Entry Limit and are included in the same random selection pool with equal weight.

Following the close of each day during the Promotion Period, Sponsor or its independent designee will randomly select one (1) potential Golden Label Prize winner from among all eligible Entries received for that day, without allocation or preference based on method of entry, purchase amount, geography, fulfillment batch, or time of entry. Limit one (1) Golden Label Prize per person and per household during the Promotion Period. If an Entrant who has previously been confirmed as a Golden Label Prize winner is selected in a subsequent daily drawing, that Entry will be disregarded and Sponsor will randomly select another potential winner from the remaining eligible Entries for that daily drawing.

The term “Golden Label” refers to the gold-colored typeface appearing on the label of the “Bones Labs — Flavor in Development” sample bag that will be shipped to each of the ten (10) Golden Label Prize winners. The Golden Label sample bag is distinct from the standard Bones Labs sample bag, which does not contain gold-colored typeface and may be included with Eligible Purchases during the Promotion Period. Sponsor will also notify each Golden Label Prize winner by other means, and possession or receipt of a physical Golden Label Bones Labs sample bag is not required to enter, be selected as a winner, or claim a prize.

After the conclusion of the Promotion Period and confirmation of all ten (10) Golden Label Prize winners, Sponsor or its independent designee will randomly select one (1) of the ten (10) confirmed Golden Label Prize winners as the potential Grand Prize winner. Potential winners will be contacted using the email address or other contact information provided with the Entry. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to respond within 7 days after notification, fails to timely complete any required affidavit/declaration of eligibility, release, W-9, or other prize-claim documents, or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, the applicable prize may be forfeited and Sponsor will select an alternate winner by random drawing from the remaining eligible Entries or, in the case of the Grand Prize, from the remaining confirmed Golden Label Prize winners, and will continue the alternate-selection process as reasonably necessary until the applicable prize is awarded.

Prizes must be accepted as awarded, except for any substitution expressly permitted by these Official Rules. Gift cards are subject to Sponsor's standard gift-card terms to the extent those terms do not conflict with these Official Rules or applicable law. Any coffee selection, flavor selection, size, format, shipment schedule, or redemption mechanics not expressly stated in these Official Rules will be determined by Sponsor in its reasonable discretion and subject to availability. Sponsor is not responsible for any increase in retail prices after the date the prize value is established. Arrangements for delivery or redemption will be made after winner verification. Any unclaimed prize will be awarded to an alternate winner through the alternate-selection process described above. All prizes offered will be awarded, subject to these Official Rules.

In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of an Entrant, the Entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the Entry, subject to Sponsor's right to require proof of identity and eligibility in a form reasonably acceptable to Sponsor. Failure to provide requested proof within the time specified by Sponsor may result in disqualification.

Entries that are incomplete, inaccurate, incomprehensible, fraudulent, obtained through automated or prohibited means, received outside the Promotion Period, or otherwise fail to comply with these Official Rules may be disqualified. Sponsor may disqualify any individual who tampers with or attempts to tamper with the entry or winner-selection process, acts in a disruptive or unfair manner, or attempts to obtain more Entries than permitted. Sponsor will not arbitrarily remove, disqualify, disallow, or reject an otherwise eligible Entry.

The Promotion Parties are not responsible for lost, late, stolen, incomplete, illegible, damaged, garbled, misdirected, delayed, undelivered, or unreceived Entries or communications; technical, network, hardware, software, website, email, telephone, or transmission failures; unauthorized access to or alteration of Entries; printing, typographical, distribution, production, fulfillment, human, or other errors; or causes beyond the Promotion Parties' reasonable control that jeopardize the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Promotion. If any such event materially affects the Promotion, Sponsor may take reasonable action consistent with applicable law and the integrity of the Promotion, including suspending or terminating the affected portion and selecting winners from eligible Entries received before the event, if appropriate.

By participating in the Promotion, Entrants agree, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, that all causes of action arising out of or connected with the Promotion or any prize will be resolved individually and not as a class action, and to release, defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Promotion Parties and their respective successors and assigns from and against liability, loss, claim, or cause of action arising from participation in the Promotion or the acceptance, possession, use, misuse, or redemption of a prize, except to the extent such release, defense, indemnity, or limitation is prohibited by applicable law. Entrants waive claims for punitive, indirect, incidental, special, and consequential damages and any right to have damages multiplied or increased, except where such waiver is prohibited by law. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS OF LIABILITY, SO SOME OF THE FOREGOING MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor and its designees to use the winner's name, city and state of residence, photograph, likeness, voice, and statements concerning the Promotion for advertising, publicity, and promotional purposes in any media without additional compensation, notice, review, or approval.

To the extent an Entrant voluntarily submits any photograph, video, text, testimonial, or other content specifically in connection with the Promotion (“Submitted Content”), the Entrant grants Sponsor and its licensees, successors, and assigns a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to reproduce, publish, display, distribute, and use the Submitted Content for administration, advertising, publicity, and promotion of the Promotion, subject to applicable law. This section does not transfer ownership of an Entrant's preexisting intellectual property.

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion and subject to applicable law, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Promotion if fraud, technical failure, unauthorized human intervention, force majeure, or another cause beyond Sponsor's reasonable control corrupts or materially affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Promotion. Sponsor will not modify the Promotion in a manner that makes a purchase necessary to enter or win, gives purchase Entries greater weight, increases the aggregate announced value of the prizes to $5,000 or more, or otherwise violates applicable law. Any attempt to deliberately damage a website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion may violate civil or criminal law, and Sponsor reserves all lawful remedies.

By entering, each Entrant agrees to release and hold harmless the Promotion Parties from liability for injury, death, loss, claim, or damage arising directly or indirectly from the Entrant's participation in the Promotion or acceptance, possession, use, misuse, or redemption of any prize, or from technical failures or errors in administration or processing of Entries, except to the extent such limitation is prohibited by applicable law. If the Promotion is advertised or administered through a third-party social-media platform, the Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with that platform unless expressly stated otherwise.

Personal information collected in connection with the Promotion will be used to administer the Promotion, verify eligibility, contact potential winners, fulfill prizes, comply with legal and tax obligations, and as otherwise described in Sponsor's privacy policy located at https://www.bonescoffee.com/policies/privacy-policy. By entering, each Entrant acknowledges the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information for those purposes as permitted by applicable law.

THIS PROMOTION AND THESE OFFICIAL RULES ARE GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA, WITHOUT REGARD TO CONFLICT-OF-LAWS PRINCIPLES OF ANY JURISDICTION. To the extent permitted by applicable law, any dispute or cause of action arising out of or connected with the Promotion that cannot be resolved informally will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively in a state or federal court of competent jurisdiction located in Lee County, Florida. Each Entrant waives, to the extent permitted by law, any right to recover punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, attorneys' fees, or damages other than actual out-of-pocket damages, and any right to have damages multiplied or increased.

If any provision of these Official Rules is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. If promotional materials conflict with these Official Rules, these Official Rules control.
